Re: Agenda Item No. 10 — Resolution No. 2025-61: Approving a Side Letter
Agreement with the Newport Beach Fire -Management Associafion.
Staff respectfully request that Agenda Item No. 10 be removed from tonight's City Council's
agenda. Due to his extended mutual aid deployment to another part of the State (with an unknown
return date), the Newport Beach Fire Management Association President has not yet signed the
side letter. Staff will return this item at a future City Council meeting for your consideration.
