(310) 217-1504 Fax (310) 217-1909 At the request of Page Phillips, construction manager, two copies of our September 23, 2004 Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Report, wet stamped and wet signed are being sent to his attention, along with this letter. Tnis update and our original report are required by the County of Orange. The :site was studied by this firm as covered by the REFERENCES section of this report. Coastline Geotechnical Consultants was present during the construction from May 4, 2005 through August 25, 2006. After this, few site Project No. 1952C-058 2 Wheeler/Newport Coast visits were requested, with only one site inspection in 2007. However, based on construction observations, it is believed the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the 2004 report remain valid.
