If approved, Ordinance No. 2025-34 will be adopted at the October 28, 2025, City Council meeting and will become effective immediately and extend Urgency Ordinance No. 2025-31 for a period of 10 months and fifteen days commencing November 8, 2025, and expiring on September 23, 2026.Copies of the Ordinance are available in the City Clerk's Office, 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, California.
