Res. Code §§ 21080.3.1-21080.3.2) and Senate Bill 18 (Gov. Code §§ 65352.3-65352.4), as well as the California Environmental Quality Act, and that a good faith consultation did occur with the City, with regard to the Snug Harbor Surf Park project located at 3100 h vine Avenue. Based on the foregoing, Kish Nation considers its consultation with the City regarding the project to be complete, does not object to the City's approval of the project, and will neither bring nor support any legal challenge to the project's approval.
