Applicant is seeking to vest rights for future development of a
mixed -use campus:
• Voluntary Development Agreement (DA)
• Vest development rights for 10 years in exchange for
public benefits
Voluntary Affordable Housing Implementation Plan
(AHIP)
Affordable housing units — 7% of residential units (49 units)
Future development subject to site development review,
traffic study, subdivision map, CEQA
