Notes: Proprietary biotreatment systems only treats stormwater and does not retain runoff to comply with section II.3 of the WQMP Report. The CalTrans Drainage System outlets directly to Upper Newport Bay. Please ensure that the volume will be reduce by means of Hydrologic Source Control (HSCs) at the site and Time of Concentration (Tc) has been increase or at a minimum does not decrease from the project new development. Show proposed Hydrologic Source Control to be implemented in the Preliminary WQMP dated December 19, 2022. Refer to section IV.3.1 of the WQMP Report and add impervious area reduction by means of permeable pavers or disconnecting roof downspouts into the design.
