PARCEL 2: The Northerly 77 feet.of Lots 14 to 21 inclusive, in Block 530 of Lancaster's Addition to Newport Beach, in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in book 5, page 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. EXCEPT FROM that portion of Lot 14 herein described that part described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 14; said point of beginning being tangent to a curve concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 40 feet, said•curve also being tangent to a line 26 feet, measured at right angles Northerly of and parallel to the Northerly line of said Lot 14; thence Northerly along said curve to the intersection with the Northerly line of said Lot 14; thence Easterly along said North- erly line to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 14; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said lot 14,to the point of beginning.
