DESCRIPTION OF NATURE, PURPOSE, AND BENEFICIARIES OF PROJECT:
The project will night light two tennis courts at each location which will
extend the use of existing facilities. Project will benefit those who work
during the day and allow families to schedule recreational tennis as a unit.
