Description of Nature, Purpose, and Beneficiaries of Project:
Remove existing asphalt pavement and defective curbs, and construct new curbs, gutters, one
catch basin with connector pipe, and pavement in streets and alleys as necessary to provide
for drainage of storm and nuisance water. The General public benefits from a smoother,
stronger and more attractive street section which will drain away storm and nuisance water.
