DESCRIPTION OF NATURE, PURPOSE, AND BENEFICIARIES OF PROJECT: Replace existing restroom
with a new public restroom of 800 square feet containing nine unisex restrooms, lock
opening to the outside, including one for handicapped people; plus five individual unisex
changing rooms. The building will be surrounded by landscaped patio. Four showers will
be provided outside.
