January 3, 1977
As required by the letter of August 24, 1974, we, the First
Baptist Church of Newport Beach, are giving thirty (30) days
notice of intent to vacate the premises at 2501 Cliff Drive,
Newport Beach.
The First Baptist Church merged with the Central Bible
Church of Costa Mesa on December 26, 1976 and have moved into
their premises as of that date.
We since-r-e1._y thank you for the privilege of the rental of
the property on Cliff Drive and for your excellent cooperation
during our tenure.
