to positively prevent any dust being

to positively prevent dust before
trunks exit onto Tustin Avenue.
7. The Irvine Company shall construct what-
ever improvements are needed to handle
drainage and silting from the pit area
s.o as to be.able.to keep Back Bay Drive
open to traffic.
8. The pit area shall be drained and main-
tained so as to not cause a safety

hazard.
9. The Irvine Company shall have the basic
responsibility for enforcement of the
conditions of operation on their con -
tractors; except that a resident in-
