The Planning Commission action of February 19.,

Mr. Nuzum asked the Commission and the Assistant
City Attorney for an interpretation regarding
the expiration of the 1k year time limit for
variances and use permits; whether this is
from the date of approval or from the 15 day
waiting period after the approval date, inasmuch
as the department has an extension request that
has passed the 11 year time limit but is withi
the 15 day waiting period time.
•
It was the consensus of opinion that the 1'h
year time limit should start after the 15 day
waiting period and that the extension request
should be accepted and placed on the next
agenda.
