AMENDMENTS
A -135
The Planning Commission considered Amendment No. 135
which proposes to establish front yard setbacks in
Tract 4224, located in the West Upper Bay area.
A motion to recommend approval to the City Council,
subject to thw following conditions, resulted in a
tie vote:
1. That sight distances be provided at all inter-

twenty feet wide, which is insufficient for
trash trucks to make a left turn from the alley.
4. Existing curb cut at entrance to the allay on
Main Street should be replaced with standard
curb and sidewalk.

On motion of Commissioner Rudd, seconded by Commissioner
Higbia, and carried, the meeting was adjourned until
April S, 1962, at 8 :00 P.M., in the City Ball Council
Chambers.
