Council Chambers COMMISSIONERS w01 �fo l 0 o J� �' '1 RCEFCALL Commissioners Present: Clark, Clemence, Copelin, Ficker, Higbie, O'Brien, Marshall, Rudd AMENDMENTS A -135 The Planning Commission considered Amendment No. 135 which proposes to establish front yard setbacks in Tract 4224, located in the West Upper Bay area. A motion to recommend approval to the City Council, subject to thw following conditions, resulted in a tie vote: 1. That lots 235, 236, 237, 238 and 263 be changed from a 15' setback to a 20' setback and that lot 14 be changed from an 18' to a 20' setback. 3.
