2025 ADU Production:
•61 ADUs submitted for review
•38 ADUs permitted and contributed towards RHNA
•10 ADUs received final inspections
•204 ADUs permitted of 240 ADUs for entire Planning Period(2029) pursuant to Policy Action 1H
ADU Incentives and Awareness:
•SAFE ADU program (2 permitted, 1 finaled)
•Website enhancements to foster interest in ADUs
