Commissioner Balalis felt that the proposed
density, especially with the land - locked parcels
would not enhance the area and could perpetuate
some undesirable development on other property.
Commissioner Seely felt that the proposed devela
ment and density was an appropriate mix for the
area and that it would meet the need for multi-
family dwelling units which would fit in and
enhance the area, especially in view of the high
quality development and architectural design bei
proposed.
Commissioner Hummel commented on his reluctance
create lots which do not front on a dedicated
street and felt that the proposed request was -
an inappropriate way to develop the property.
Commissioner Frederickson felt that the proposec
development was a good compromise for those who

could not afford single family dwellings.
Commissioner Heather felt that the area with its
high density and noise did not lend itself to

recognized and not overlooked because they are
valid concerns and should be given consideratior
