Council Chambers O1 �1�Z Z ROLL CALL Commissioners Present* clemence, Copelin, Picker, Lind, Marshall, Skinner and Steelman Commissioners Absent: Hudson, Rudd FINAL 'MAPS Tract 3201 The final map of Tract 3201 being a proposed industrial subdivision consisting of approximately 51.35 acres divided into 61 lots, located between Palisades Road and Mac Arthur Boulevard, Acacia and Birch Streets, was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following condition es 1. That property be rezoned from an Unclassified Motion to.an M -l�A District. (Controlled manufactur- Second ing.) ' All Ayes 2. Approved the request of the Irvine Company that sidewalk requirements on the southeasterly side of Birch Street be waived because of the type of industrial development proposed on the Lockheed properties. 3. Accepted the recommendations of the City Engineer that Quail Street shown on the final map and as required by the Planning Commission be offered for dedication, but that said offer be rejected by the City at this time, due to an existing lease on the property which expires in 1964. Tract 3606 The final map of Tract 3606 being a proposed subdivi- sion of a portion of Lot 164, Block 53, Irvine's Subdivision consisting of 3.8 acres divided into 13 R -3 lots, located between Bedford Lane and Mariners Drive and east of Irvine Avenue, was recommended to the City Council for approval; subject to the follow- ing conditions: 1.
