Gerald Brown, Attorney, dated June 20, 1962 appealing from decision of Planning Director rejecting an application • for a variance filed by Daniel R. and Mary Gustafson requesting waiver of Section 9103.21 of the Newport Beac Municipal Code so that four devilling units may be permitted on one R -2 parcel instead of permitted:two dwelling unite.
