Ward, requesting relief from off- street parking standards on Lots 16, 17 and 18, Tract 1092, located at the corner of Bedford Lane and Rutland Road, Newport Beach, California and recommended that subject Motion x letter be filed. Consideration of building plans submitted by Dr. Ballantine requesting permission to have a greenhouse (accessory building) on the front one -half of lot at 119 Shorecliff Drive, Corona del Mar, was recommended Motion x for approval in accordance with plot plan submitted.
