MINUTES
Minutes of the regular meeting on July 19, 1962 and
adjourned meeting on August 2, 1962 were approved on
the motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commis-
sioner Downing, and carried.

Tract 4824
The tentative map of Tract 4824, consisting of 10.9 acre
divided into 16 C -O -H lots, located north of Westcliff
Drive and east of Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach, Californ

was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject
to the following conditions:
1. That all improvements be constructed as

7. That the proposed driveway approach on

deleted.
8. That Section 9254.31 of the Subdivision Ordi-
nance which requires lots to be not less than

50' average width and not less than 5,000
square feet in area, be waived.
9. That Section 9254.36 of the Subdivision Ordi-
nance which requires that all lots abut a
street, be waived.
