Commissioners Absent: Clark MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting on July 19, 1962 and adjourned meeting on August 2, 1962 were approved on the motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commis- sioner Downing, and carried. dkie *max *x�t * * *�,r�� retr�,ta TENTATIVE N YS Tract 4824 The tentative map of Tract 4824, consisting of 10.9 acre divided into 16 C -O -H lots, located north of Westcliff Drive and east of Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach, Californ a was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all improvements be constructed as Motion x required by Ordinance and the Public Works Second x Department, including street lights on All Ayes Irvine Avenue. 2. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision Ordi- nance be waived which requires that the final map be drawn to a scale of 1" m 100' provided a map drawn accurately to a scale of 1" a 100' is furnished the Public Works Department. 3. Orange County Use Variance 5036 requesting establishment of a glass sales and installation business in.the Al Agricultural District was recommended to the Orange Motion x County Planning Commission for denial. September 6, 1962 at 8:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers was established as the date, time and place to hold a public hearing for the purpose of amending Sections of the Planning and Zoning Regulations per- Motion x taining to service stations.
