Minutes of the regular.meeting on duly 21, 1960 and the
adjourned meeting August 4, 1960 were approved on the
motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commissioner
Marshall and carried.

was recommended to the City Council for approval subject
to the conditions (1) that the property owners improve
the new street and (2) that the street improvements be

The Commission considered an appeal filed by Forrest
Prins appealing from a decision of the Building Depart-
ment to deny his application for a building permit.
The Building Department denied the building application .

ture was designed for 3 dwelling units on an R-2 lot.
