Minutes of the regular meeting on August 19, 1965 and
adjourned meeting on September 2, 1965 were approved on
the motion of Commissioner Downing, seconded by Commis-
sioner Clemence, and carried.
Planning Commission Amendment No. 210 which proposes to

delete Section 9104.14 from the Newport Beach Municipal
Code relating to "Change in Setbacks" was recommended

2. Hours of operation shall be limited to 7 :00
A.M. to 7 :00 P.M. unless otherwise approved
in writing by the Public Works Department.
3. Haul routes and traffic control shall be
satisfactory to the City. The haul routes
shall be generally as shown on the traffic
flow diagram submitted with the permit
application.
4. Operations shall be halted if wind conditions
cause a dust problem on existing developed
property.
5. The Irvine Company shall be responsible
for enforcement of the conditions of opera-
tion upon their contractors.
In addition,to the above conditions, the Commission
requested that the use permit be returned within
thirty (30) days for review, to determine if subject

conditions have been adhered to or if any additional
conditions should be imposed.
