SE'ly 90' of Block 0 -32 Corona del Mar Tract
Zone R -1
Applicant requests approval of the creation of
2 lots.
Mr. Hamilton was present at the meeting.
After considerable discussion the Commission
determined that the creation of 2 lots 45 fee
wide at this location would have more of a
detrimental effect on the neighborhood than
being an asset based on topography, access-
ibility and the access way into'.China Cove.
Therefore the application was denied.
