Minutes of the regular meeting on September 17, 1964
were approved on the motion of Commissioner Jakosky,
seconded by Commissioner Curtis, and carried

The tentative map of Tract 5783, being a proposed

subdivision of a Portion of Lot 169, Block 2 of Irvine'
Subdivision consisting of 3.90 acres divided into 20
R -3 lots located on the southwest corner of Dana and
Flagship Road, Newport Beach was held over until

FINAL MAPS
Tract 5740
The final map of Tract 5740, being.a proposed subdivi-
sion of a Portion of Block 52, Irvine's Subdivision
consisting of 15.42 acres divided into 76 lots of a
Planned Residential Development located in the Eastbluf
area was recommended to the City Council for approval,
subject to the following conditions:

1. That all improvements be constructed as

Department.
2. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision
Ordinance regarding map scale be waived
provided maps drawn accurately to a scale

3. That Section 9254.36 of the Subdivision
Ordinance requiring that lots abut on a
street be waived in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 9256.12 provided adequate
access is furnished.
4. That Section 9254.31 of the Subdivision
Ordinance regarding size and shape of lots
be waived in accordance with the provisions

of Section 9256.12.
5. That the requirement for a perimeter of
public streets be waived in accordance with
the provisions of Section 9108.5 of the
P.R.D. Ordinance.

6. That all grading be in accordance with a
grading plan and report approved by the Public
Works Director and a qualified Soils Engineer.
Upon completion of the grading the Soils
Engineer shall certify that the grading has
been completed according to the plan and
will not endanger any property. A repro-
ducible copy of the grading plan on a standard
size sheet shall be furnished to the Public
Works Department.
7. That the design of the proposed private
streets be approved by the Public Works
Department.
8. That construction of the proposed private
streets be inspected by the Public Works
Department and that a standard inspection
fee be paid; or, that construction be inspected
and certified by the Developer's engineer.
Tract 5741
The final map of Tract 5741, being a proposed subdivi-
sion of a Portion of Block 52, Irvine's Subdivision
consisting of 8.54 acres divided into 43 lots of a
Planned Residential Development located in the
Eastbluff area was recommended to the City Council
for approval, subject to the following conditions:
