That all improvements be constructed as Motion required by Ordinance and the Public Works Second • Department. All Ayes 2. That the following Sections of the Subdivision Ordinance be waived and the changes approved as noted: A. (Section 9253.21) The final map may be drawn to a scale larger than 1" = 100' provided a map drawn accurately to a scale to 1" = 100' is furnished the Public Works Department. B. (Section 9255.23) Curbs not be required along Coast Highway in the vicinity of the bridge. C. (Section 9255.28) Street lighting not be required along Coast Highway. D. A letter dated October 10, 1963 from T. W. Lattin was considered and ordered filed. The Planning Director was instructed to advise Mr. Lattin that a request for relief from setback requirements must be processed through regular procedures. BUSINESS Chairman Clemente appointed a Committee consisting of Commissioners Ficker, Downing and Jakosky to draft findings for submission to the City Council in connection with Amendment No. 173 filed by Jordan & Benjamin, Inc., which requests the rezoning of Portion of Lot 2, Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block G, Tract 323, located at 2931 B. Coast Highway, Corona del Mar, California from a C -1 to a C -O -Z District. i On motion of Commissioner Rea, seconded by Commissioner Clark, and carried, the meeting was adjourned until November 7, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers.
