All Ayes REFERRAL F* CITY COUNCIL Referred to the Planning Commission from the City Counci was a request that a proposed amnexation,(First Addition to Harbor View Annex) consisting of 11 plus acres, located east of Mac Arthur Boulevard and north of 5th Avenue in Corona del Mar, be reviewed. The Planning Commission, upon a review of the annexation Motion x map, found no objection to the same being annexed to the Second x City of Newport Beach. All Ayes REFERRAL FR ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION It was recommended that a letter of approval be sent to the Orange County Planning Commission regarding the . rezoning of acreage in the County, between Hoag Hospital and Hughes Manufacturing Co., and Newport Boulevard and Superior Avenue from an M -I Zone to an M -R Zone, which Motion x is comparable to M -1 =A zoning in the City of Newport Second x Beach.
