Zimmerman Due to the absence of Chairman Curtis, the meeting was conducted by Vice Chairman Jakosky MINUTES Minutes of the adjourned meeting of December 1 1966 were approved on motion of Commissioner Rea, seconded by Commissioner Copelin, and • carried. AMENDMENT Commissioners Rea and Copelin disqualified themselves and absented themselves from the platform prior to consideration of the follow- ing item. A -228 Planning Commission Amendment No. 228 which proposes to amend Districting Map No. 26 in HELD OVER order to rezone that portion of Lot 3, Tract UNTIL 1125 located on the northwest corner of Dover JAN. 5, Drive and 16th Street, lying between 16th 1967 Street and Lot 10, Tract 4225 and between the southeasterly prolongation of Sea Gull Lane and Dover Drive; and that certain parcel of land located on the southwest corner of 16th Street and Dover Drive being described as follows: Lot 148, Tract 1218, together with that portion of Lot 3, Tract 1125 lying betwee Lot 148 and the intersection of 16th Street and Dover Drive, from an Unclassified to an A -P -H District (Administrative - Professional) • was held over until January 5, 1967 due to the Motion x absence of three Commissioners and at the re- Second x quest of Gordon X.
