That all improvements, including sidewalks, be All Ayes constructed as required by Ordinance and the Public works Department. • 2. That electric and telephone utilities be installed underground. (Section 9255.28(a).) 3. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding scale of the final map be waived provided a map drawn accurately to a scale of 1" - 100' is furnished the Public works Department. 4. That the design section of Flagship Road and Dana Road be 40' curb to curb on 56' right -of- way in accordance with the width approved in Tract 4692. (Section 9254.14.) 5. That all utilities in Flagship Road and Dana Road be completed. 6. That Dana Road be fully improved and that the northwesterly half of Flagship Road be fully improved. 7. That the alleys be private and paved with 2" A.C. over 4" A.B. and that a 2' concrete alley gutter be provided. Alleys must be a minimum of 25' in width. • 8. That street tree planting be in accordance with specifications of the Parks, Beaches & Recreation Department. On motion of Commissioner Curtis, seconded by Commis- sioner Copelin, and carried, the meeting was adjourned until January 7, 1965 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council • Chambers.
