Nuzum Helen Herrmann MINUTES The Minutes of the meeting of December 5, 196 were approved on motion of Commissioner Clemence, seconded by Commissioner Jakosky, and carried. • Having an interest in the following two agenda items Commissioner Adkinson left the dais in order to avoid a conflict of interest. Dedicate the necessary R/W on Lido Park Drive to accommodate a right angle intersection with Lafayette Street. 3. Improve Lido Park Drive and 32nd Street as per specifications of the Public Works Director. Said plans of improvements to be prepared on standard size sheets by a licensed engineer. 4. That an agreement and surety be pro- vided guaranteeing completion of the public improvements if a building permit is desired prior to construct- ing the improvements. • 5. That the wall and stairway as shown on the plot plan located at the .corner of Lido Park Drive and Lafayette Street be subject to approval of the City Traffic Engineer insofar as sight clearances are con- cerned. 6. All boat slips be provided for the sole use.of.tenants of this project only. 7. Landscaping.plans. shall be submitted for approval by the Planning,-Director. All landscaping areas shall be-pro- vided with an underground sprinkler system. 8. All conditions of the Fire and Build- ing and Safety Codes must be complied with subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the Building Director. 9.
