Having an interest in the following matter, Commis- sioner Higbie asked to be excused from the rostrum. Planning Commission Amendment No. 130 which proposes to amend Section 9108.7 of Article IX (Planning and Zoning Regulations) to read "street and alley rights -of -way" Motion x was set for public hearing on January 18, 1962 at 8:00 Second x P.M. in the City Council Chambers. All Ayes 4. Chairman Clemence appointed Commissioner Rigbie, as Chairman and Commissioners Copelin and Rudd to work on street names. ORANGE COUN1Y REFERRALS 1. Referred to the Planning Commission was Orange County Use Variance No. 4896 filed by the Irvine Company requesting permission to establish architectural and planning offices in existing buildings for a period of 3 years in the Al General Agricultural District. The Commission found no objection to the approval of Motion x subject Use Variance and instructed the staff to so Second x • notify the Orange County Planning Commission. All Ayes 2.
