AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT 13EACH;1 DECLARING
THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST
AND CONVENIENCE REQUIRES,
AND THAT IT IS THE INTEN-
TION OF THE BOARD OF TRUE.
TEES. TO ORDER AN IMPROVE-
MENT MADE AT AND WITHIN
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
DESCRIBING THE IMPROVE-
MENT, THE LAND NECESSARY
TO BE TAKEN THEREFOR.
SPECIFYING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE DISTRICT TO BE BENE-
FITED BY SAID IMPROVEMENT
AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY
THE EXPENSES THEREOF, AND
TO BE KNOWN AS THE ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT AND DIRECT-
ING THE GIVING OF NOTICE.
The Board of Trustees of the City of
'Newport Beach do ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE.
It is determined and declared that

scribed improvement and that it is
the intention of the Board of Trustees
to acquire by condemnation any and
all property necessary or convenient
for that purpose. and the land to be
