CALIFORNIA, AS PUBLIe
STREETS OF SAID CITY, AND
DESIGNATING THE NAMES BY
WHICH SAID STREETS SHALL
BE KNOWN AND CALLED AND
ESTABLISHING THE OFFICIAL
GRADES OF ALL OF SAID
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND
ESTABLISHING THE CURB
LINES OF ALL OF SAID STREETS
AND OF ALL OF SAID 30 FOOT

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach on the
28th. day of May, 1923, at a regular
meeting of the said Board of Trus-
tees held o nthat date duly passed
and adopted a resolution, being Re-
solution No. 239, entitled, "A Resoln-
tion of the Board of Trnstees of the
City of Newport Beach declaring
their intention to vacate, close =np and
abandon for public street pnrposes a
certain portion of Smeltzer Avenue
and a certain alley within the said
City;' and— .
