ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION
9104f OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
RESTRICTING USE OF LAND
WITHIN PORTIONS OF BALBOA
PENINSULA.
The City Council of the City of New-
port Beach does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: "Section 9104f of the
Municipal Code is hereby repealed."
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be
published once in the Newport- Balboa
Press, a newspaper printed and pub-
lished and of general circulation in the
City of Newport Beach, and shall be in
force and effect thirty (30) days after
the final passage thereof.
The above and foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach held on the 27th day of
June, 1949, and was finally passed and
adopted on the 11th day of July, 1949,
by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, Councilmen Greeley„ Robert-
son, Isbell, Blue, Drake.
NOES, Councilmen, None.
ABSENT, Councilmen, None.

Mayor.
