1'N .. RZ/INANCE CHANGING TH_.ZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of
fiiewport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City o�
Newport Beach is hereby amende
as follows:
"at Lots 1 to 12 inclusive,

12, Tract 27, Boulevard Ad-
dition to Newport Heights, as
'shown on the District Map, Sheet
No. 6, attached to Ordinance No.
635 and referred to in Section
9102.2 of said Municipal Code, and
made a part thereof, be, and the
are hereby, rezoned from an R -1
to an R -2 District"
SECTION 2: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and dl=
rected to change the above Dis-
trict Map so as to show the zoning
change. described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map
§hall have been so amended, tiff
§ame shall remain in full force and
bffect as Part of Ordinance No.
635 of the City of Newport Beach
6hd Section 9102.2 of the Munici-
pal Code of the City of Newport
Beach.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the New-
port Harbor Ensign, a newspaper
of general circulation, Printed and
Published in the City of Newport
Beach, and the same shall be in
force and effect 30 days after this
passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held on the 14th
day of July, 1952, and was finally
passed and adopted on the 28th
day of July, 1952, by the following
Vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Miller, Hor-
vath, Finch, Isbell, Smith
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT Councilmen: None.
