Ordinance No. 671
AN ORDINANCE NAMING A
CERTAIN STREET AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE REGULA-
TION OF THE FLOW OF
TRAFFIC THEREON BY
AMENDING SECTION 3250.1
TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does hereby ordain
as follows
SECTION 1: That certain
thoroughfare running in a gener-
ally Northwesterly and Southeast-
erly direction, lying b e t w e e n
Ocean Blvd on the Southwest and
Bayview Drive on the Northeast,
and Heliotrope Avenue on the
Southeast and Goldenrod Ave., on.
the Northwest, is hereby desig-
nated as "Ocean Lane
SECTION 2: There is hereby
added to Section 32501 of the Mu-
nicipal Code of the City of New-
port Beach, under the Section
thereof denoted "Corona del Mar ",
the following:
"Ocean Lane, from Goldenrod
to Heliotrope._ Southeast bound
traffic only ".
SECTION 3: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the New-
port Harbor Ensign, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Newport
Beach, and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 25th
day of August, 1952, and was fi-
nally passed and adopted on the
22nd day of September, 1952, by
the following vpte, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith,
Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
