Ordinance No. 678
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING ON CERTAIN
PROPERTY, AND THE FRONT
AND REAR SET BACK LINES
ON CERTAIN PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby amended
as follows:
"That Lots 801 to 829 inclusive,
and Lots 926 to 954 inclusive,
Tract 907, Lido Isle, as shown on
the District Map, Sheet No. 7, at-
tached to Ordinance No. 635 and
referred to in Section 9102.2 of
said Municipal Code, and made a
part thereof, be, and they are
hereby, re -zoned from a C -1 -H
District to an R -1 District."
SECTION 2: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby amended
.as follows:
"That on Lots 801 to 829 inclu-
sive, and on Lots 926 to 954 in-
clusive, of Tract 907, Lido Isle,
structures on said lots shall not
be erected nearer the street front
than zero feet, nor nearer the rear
line of said lots than 4 feet, and
that the setbacks be indicated on
Sheet No. 7 of the District Map,
attached to Ordinance No. 635 of
the City of Newport Beach and
referred to in Section 9102.2 of
the said Municipal Code and made
a part thereof."
SECTION 3: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change said District
Map, Sheet No. 7, so as to show
the zoning change described in
Section 1 hereof and so as to show
the set -back changes described in
Section 2 hereof, and, as said Dis-
trict Map, Sheet No. 7, shall have
been so amended, the same shall
remain in full force and effect as
part of Ordinance No. 635 of the
City of Newport Beach and Sec-
tion 9102.2 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Newport Beach.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport Harbor Ensign, a news-
paper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, and the same
shall be in full force and effect
30 days after this passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 12th
day of January, 1953, and was
finally passed and adopted on the
26th day of January, 1953, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith,
Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN:
None.

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING

The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
