The Clt}s";Council of the City of
Newport does ordain as
follows:

Beach, are hereby repealed.
b. There sliall fie no charge or
the use of each sewer connection
against the occupancy of each
dwelling house and 60 each busi-
ness structure from July 15, 1955

Section 2. Section. 7,219 of the
Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 7219: Unpaid charges.
The superintendent of the munici-
pal water system shall, on or be-
fore the first day of the month
next succeeding ,the bi- mont4ly
billing period „gnail to each con-
sumer whoae.,premises are connect-
ed with the municipal water Sys-
tem, a true and accurate state-
ment of the unpaid charges due
the City of Newport Beach for
,water furnished to such, premises,
.setting forth that unless said,
charges are paid on or before the
10th day of said month „the same
shall thereupon become delinquent
and that unless such dal(O.quency I
charges are paid prior to the 25th
day of said month, the water will
