AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
i THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF NEB{ -PORT BEACH.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City of
.............. Newporj Beach is hereby amended.-- --- - - - -- -------- ......
as follows:
l a) That lots 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and.
10, Block 436 of Corona del Mar'
Tract, as shown on the District
Map attached to Ordinance No.
635 and referred to in Section
i9102.2 of said Municipal Code, and
made a part thereof be, and they
! are hereby, rezoned from a R -2 to
a C -1 -H District.
(b) That lot 3, Block H of
Tract 323, as shown on the Dist-
rict ;dap attached to Ordinance
No. 635 and referred to in Section
010 ^.2 of said Municipal Code, and
!ori,r a part thereof be, and it is
hereby, rezoned from a C -1 to a
C -1 -11 District.
SECTION 2: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby ,instructed and
directed to change the above Dist-
rict Map so as to show the zoning
changes described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map
shall have been so amended, the
same shall remain in full force
and effect and a part of Ordinance
No. 635 of the City of Newport.
Beach and Section 9102.2 of the
,Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach,
SECTION 3: This ordirawcc
shall be published at least once in
the Newport Harbor News - Press,
a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed and published and
circulated in the City of Newport
Beach. and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance Was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach held
on the 27th day of December, 1955,
and was finally passed and adopt-
ed on the 9th day of January,
1956, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Bennett,
Wilder, MacKay, Stoddard,
Higbie, Ridderhof, Hill.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
