Said territory is described es fol- lows: Beginning ,at. an angle point in the bound2xy line of the City of Newport Beach, said angle point being in the westerly line of 17th Street, 80 feet in width as described in deed recorded in Book 401, Page 477, Official Records of Or- !'�1z,: ange County, California, and— bearing north 25 22 _05" west and distant 4963 )feet from the most .easterly corner of .
