THE ZONING OF C RTA.IN
CITY -OWNED PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach Ones ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 9102.2
of Article IX of the Municipal
Code of the City of Newport Beach
is hereby amended as follows:
That city -owned lots 11, 12, 13,
14, 15 and 16 of Block 117, Sec-
tion B, Newport Beach, as shown
upon a map recorded in Miscel-
Masous Map Book 4, page 2T,
records of Orange County, Califor-
nia, and at shown on the District
Map attached to Ordinance No.
635 and referred tp in Section
9102.2 of said Municipal Code, and
made a part thereof, be and they
are hereby rezoned from R -8 Dis-
trict to a R -4 District.
SECTION 2: That the City
Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change the above Dis-
trict Map so as to show the zon-
ing changes described in Section
1 hereof, and, as said District
Map shall have Wen so amended,
the same shall remain in full
force and effect and be a part ofI
ordinance.Nol 635 of the City of
Newport Beach and Section 9102.2
of the Municipal Code of the City

of Newport Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor News -
Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published
and circulated in the City of. New-
port Beach, and the same shall be
in full force and effect 30• days
after this passage.
The above and foregoing, ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach held
on the 27th day of February, 1956,
and`wks finally passed . and adopt-
ed on the 12th day of March, 1956,
by the following vote, to wit:

Wilder, Stoddard, Higbie, Rid -
derhoff, Hill
NOES, Councilmen: ?lone
