WAY STREETS AND Al, LEYS The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Section 3250.1 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code is repealed. SECTION 2: Section 3250.1 is added to the Newport Beach Municipal Code to read: "SECPION3250 -1- Designation The streets, alleys or alley -ways �set out in Subsection 3250.2, j 3250.3, 3250.4, 3250.5 and 3250.6 shall be one -way streets or alleys ,in the direction indicated.' ' SECTION 3: Section 3250.2 is added to the Newport Beach M, nicipal Code to read: 'SECTION 3250.2 Balboa Island One -way Streets and Al- leys. Alley — West of Marine Ave. from North Speedway to Park Ave. South bound traffic only.
