ORDINANCE NO. 933
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH RE-
ZONING PROPERTY AND
AMENDING DISTRICT MAPS
NOS. 27 AND 28
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following de-
scribed real property in the City
of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, to
wit:
Lots 1 to 47, inclusive, Tract
3800, as per map recorded in
Book 132, pages 14, 15 and
169 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County,
California,
as shown on District Maps Nos.
27 and 28 referred to in Section
91022 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code and made a part
of Article IX of said Code, be,
and the same is, hereby rezoned
from an Unclassified District to
an R -1 -B District, and said Maps
Nos. 27 and 28 are hereby amend-
ed to show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Planning Di.
rector of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District Maps
Nos. 27 and 28 so as to show
the zoning change described in
Section 1 hereof, and, as said
District Maps shall have been
so amended, the same shall re-
main in full force and effect and
be a part of Article IX of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 25th day of
July, 1960, and was adopted on
the 8th day of August, 1960, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kings-
ley, Atkinson, Cook, Stod-
dard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
