1 ORDINANCE NO. 176
An Ordinance of the City of Newport
Beach prohibiting the having or
keeping of certain live stock or poul-
try in the City of Newport Beach
within a certain dista>tce of any
dwelling house or other structure
used for human habitation and pre-
scribing a penalty for all violation
thereof.
The Board of Trustees of the City
of -Newport Beach do ordain as fol-
lows:
Section 1. It is hereby prohibited
and declared to be a misdemeanor for
any person either as owner, bailee or
lessee of another to have or keep any
cow, bull, calf, goat, kid, horse, mule,
colt, pig or shoat or any poultry in the

of the Board of Trustees of the City

such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be

the City of Newport Beach, and shall
