LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 1074
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
HEWIPORT BEACH REZONING
PROPERTY AND AMENDING DIS-
TRICT MAP NO. 15
The City Council of the City of New
port Beath does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described
real property in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of Call -
fornia, to wit-
Lots 1 through 22, Tract 5130, as
shown w a map recorded in Book 19D.
pages 43 and 44, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia
as shown on District Map No. 15 refer.
red to In Section 9102.2 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code and made a part
of Article IX of said Code, be, and
the same is, hereby rezoned from an
Unclassified District I. an R -1 District,
and said Map No. 15 Is hereby amended
to show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Plannhg Director of
the City of Newport Beach Is hereby
instructed and directed to change Dis-
trict Map No. 15 so as to show the
zoning change described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map shall
have been so amended, the same shall
remain in full farce and affect and be a
part of Article IX of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
published once in the official newspaper
of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of Its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach held on the
23rd day of December. 1963, and was
adopted on the 13th day of January,
1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES. COUNCILMEN: Stoddard.
Gruber, Cook, Hart, Lorenz,
Marshall, Elder
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
