ING TO NEWPORT BEACH ONE. WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS. The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 3250.5 Of the Newport Beach Municipal Cede is amend. ed to read: "Section 32503 Newport Beath One- Way Streets and Alleys. South side Of Balboa Blvd. Between McFadden Place and Alvarado Street. East bound traffic only. North side Of Balboa Blvd. between Alvarado Street and McFadden Place.
