AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
2 ESTABLISHING A.SETBACK LINE AND AMENDING.
DISTRICT.MAP N0, 16

\� 4 The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain
5 as follows:
6 SECTION 1, District Map No, 16 referred to in Section
7 9102,2 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a part of
8 Article IX of said Code is amended, and a building setback line

9 is hereby established for the hereinafter described real property
10 in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
11 as follows:

1411 in Book 3, Page 42, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
15 Orange County, California, shall be five feet (5 °)
16 from Bayside Drive,

17 SECTION 2, The Planning Director of the City of Newport
18 Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Map No,
19 16 so as to show the building setback line established in Section 1
20 hereof, and, as said District Map shall have been so amended, the
21 same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of
22 Article IX of the Newport Beach Municipal Code,
23 SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be published once in the
24 official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective 30
25 days after the date of its adoption,
26 This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
27 City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 14th day of
28 February, 1966, and was adopted on the 28th day of. February ,
29 19660 by the following vote, to wit:
30 AYES, COUNCILMEN: Parsons, Marshall, Elder
31 Gruber, Cook,_Forgit, Shelton
