AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 6.04.240 TO CHAPTER 6.04 OF
• THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED
"VIOLATION AN INFRACTION"
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6.04.240 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"6.04.240 Violation an Infraction. It shall
be unlawful for any person to violate any provisions
or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of
this Chapter. Any person violating any of the pro-
visions or failing to comply with any of the require-
ments of this Chapter shall be guilty of an infraction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be ef-
fective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 24th
day of
October
1972, and was adopted on the 13th day of
November , 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
