AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 12.66.050 TO THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLI-
. CATION OF VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS
IN "NEWPORT CONDOMINIUMS" DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 12.66.050 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"12.66.050 Application of Vehicle Code to.Private
Roads in Newport Condominiums. The provisions of the
California Vehicle Code shall apply to the following
private streets in the Newport Condominiums residential
development in the City of
Newport Beach:
Sundance Drive
Surfside Court
Latitude Court
Riptide Court
Seamist Circle
Starfish Court
Sandflower Court
Sand Dollar Court
Seabird Court
Walkabout Circle
Discovery Drive
Summerwalk Court
Northwind Court
Big Dipper Court
Moonrise Court
Windsong Court."
Starburst Court
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 13th
day of LUKLst , 1973, and was adopted on the 27th day of
August , 1973, by the following vote, to wit;
