AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 13.12.205 TO TITLE 13 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED,
"NUMBERING - SHORECREST LANE,, SEAWARD ROAD
TO MORNING CANYON ROAD"
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13.12.205 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"13.12.205 Numbering - Shorecrest Lane, Seaward Road
to Morning Canyon Road. All dwellingaand other buildings on the
south side of Shorecrest Lane between Seaward Road and Morning
Canyon Road shall be designated by even numbers. The numbering
shall commence with the numbers 4100, 4102, and 4104 at the first
lot easterly of the intersection of Shorecrest Lane and Seaward
Road."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 30th
day of September , 1974, and was adopted on the 15th
day of October , 1974
