J 1 21C Burns, Marlene From Jim Mosher Uimmcsher@yahoc.com] Sent: Thursday, July 05, 2012 3:31 PM Ta: Bums, Marlene Cc: Michael Toerge; Brandt, Kim Subject: Typos in draft PC minutes In reviewing the draft minutes of the June 21, 2012 Planning Commission meeting I noticed the following typos: * Page 5 (under Public Speakers): "Dr. Jennifer Frutic" should be " Frutig" * Page 6 (first line of middle paragraph): "BonTerra is the City's consultant, , not the applicant's" seems to contain an extra comma * Page 7 (third paragraph): "calls for building models homes in seven months" should be "model homes" * Page 8 (below middle of page): "Debbie Lynn, City Planning Consultant" -- in the EIR the name is listed as "Debby Linn" * Page 11 (near the end of the statement of the motion): "AHIB" is probably meant to be "AHIP" I would also note that on page 1, Marlene has modestly left herself off the list of "Staff Present" and in the preceding line where the attendance is listed I would like to suggest it would be useful to list the full names of Commissioners, as they appear on the agenda. The minutes tend to be preserved longer than the agendas, and years from now it may be unnecessarily difficult to identify which "Brown" or "Tucker" was meant. Thanks, Jim Mosher 1
